The bar is 92cm long and consists of 3 stainless steel parts that are attached to each other. The bar has a soft foam coating for comfortable use. At the ends of the bar are two steel eyes to which a resistance band can be attached. The bar comes with four elastics, 2 of 9kg resistance and 2 of 13. 5kg resistance, it is also possible to use the elastics together for a
