Polished Magnesite slab. MAP174 dendritic opal From the Jeerinah Formation inMAP174. Magnesite (Lemon chrysoprase) slab polished on one side. The subtle lime green colouration is caused by the presence of nickel mineralisation. Dimensions at widest points approximately 120 mm x 65 mm x 8 mm thick. Weighs 62 grams. Skin of chrysoprase on this one ! From north of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
