Instituted April 5, 1930 by King Alexander I. In silver, a white enamel cross with four smooth rays culminating in ball finials, segments of green enamelled wreath in each quadrant, the obverse medallion features a superimposed crown with red enamel cap in the center on a white field, the reverse presents the inscription 3 X 1929 on a white field, the cross is surmounted by a green enamelled wreath, and worn on an original
