This process produces an approachable tea with a mild flavor and an especially dark, verdant color. This style is a relative newcomer to the world of Japanese green teas and is known for being refreshing and easy to brew. Kirishima is one of our favorite teas to drink cold. What to expect from Kirishima: A coarse tea that produces a cup with
