There is an earthy ness liked baked potato skins. It also has a slight earthy note of mushroom or root cellar. Palate: On the palate, the 81 is robust, big character, old world in style with a rich creamy viscosity. It is a vodka drinkers vodka. It has a medium finish with very nice and bright acidity and the memory of spice.
