This piece has a porcelain handle that features the full form of a 1920s flapper girl with the characteristic bob haircut and billowy outfit. The stiff brush portion is believed to be badger hair and is shaped with a flat shaped knot. This shape mimicked painting, and the user could apply shaving cream with broad strokes over large areas.
